ABOUT US
Our company began as a subcontractor engaged in utility construction. As our company has grown, our core work has evolved to include highway and heavy civil projects involved in renovations and repairs to military, industrial and commercial facilities. This scope of work also includes building renovations and repairs along with infrastructure improvements. To meet the changing demands of our clients we also offer Design-Build services. With licensed and insured engineering services West Bay is now capable of providing owners with complete turnkey services.
At the federal level, our clients include the Department of Homeland Security and all branches of the Department of Defense. We have completed projects for the Navy, Air Force and USCG at various bases and stations located in NJ, DE, PA and MD. We are knowledgeable in current security requirements associated with DOD projects as well as the Construction Quality Management and USACE EM-385 Safety Control requirements.
West Bay Construction, LLC is qualified to perform work at the State level for the NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority and NJ Transit. Additionally, we also perform work for the local counties, as well as municipal levels including work for local Boards of Education.

Frank L. Corradetti, P.E., P.P.
President
Frank is the founder of West Bay Construction, Inc. He obtained his B.S. in Civil / Structural Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Stockton College. With over 40 years of heavy and civil construction experience he oversees all estimating, engineering and management of West Bay projects.
Linda M. Corradetti
Corporate Secretary
Linda has been with West Bay from its inception and is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Additionally, her organizational skills ensure West Bay stays current with all agency prequalification, certifications and E.E.O. reporting. Linda also has earned her Engineering degree from Rutgers University.
Justin R. Ramogasse
Project Manager
Justin is responsible for the project management of West Bay projects. He coordinates our field operations, material suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. He was born and raised in New Orleans and endured Hurricane Katrina. His talent and experiences with adversity supports his ability to handle difficult projects of the North East.
Francene W. Ramogasse
Estimating / Project Engineering
Francene has joined West Bay taking on the duties of estimating and project engineering. She is a responsible for the preparation of estimates and upon award ensuring the project is built to the owners’ specifications. Francene comes to West Bay with her Mechanical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.
